COMPETITIVE + REC HIP HOP + JAZZ

Madi began her dance journey at the young age of three, diving into ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dance. She has been extensively trained under the guidance of Industry Dance Company Director, Ashley Seibel. Throughout her dance career, Madi has not only honed her own skills but also contributed as a studio assistant and choreographer, teaching solo routines to students. During her high school years, she served as captain of the Hermiston High School Dance Team for two years, helping to lead them to six state titles. Madi brings her expertise and passion to Industry Dance Company, where she teaches hip-hop, musical theatre, and jazz for our recreational and competitive students. Her rich background in dance and commitment to excellence make her an inspiring mentor for her students.

COMPETITIVE + REC HIP HOP + JAZZ

Jami began dancing at age four at Dance Unlimited, training in tap and jazz for 13 years under Hermiston dance icon Jackie Peterson. She went on to dance with the HHS Dance Team, serving as team captain, before joining the Oregon State University Dance Team. In college, Jami expanded her repertoire through university-level courses in Pom, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Modern, and Ballroom. After graduating, she moved to Portland and danced professionally for the Portland Winterhawks Rosebuds Dance Team, performing for hockey fans… on ice! Jami returned to teaching in 2022 and quickly fell in love with guiding young dancers. She’s passionate about building confidence, celebrating individuality, and creating opportunities for dancers to grow both on and off the floor. Away from the studio, Jami has spent 11 years as an elementary teacher, is a mom of 3, and is thrilled to be part of the Industry family.

TUMBLING + LYRICAL

Hayley began her dance journey at just four years old, starting with ballet and then expanding into tap, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. She actively participated in competitive groups and solos, showcasing her dedication and talent under the tutelage of Industry Dance Company Director, Ashley Seibel. During her freshman to junior years, she was a member of the Hermiston High School Dance Team and also assisted at her dance studio. In her senior year, she joined the Pendleton High School Dance Team, further enhancing her skills and experience. After graduation, Hayley taught tumbling and combo ballet/tap/jazz classes at Motions Studio in Idaho. Hayley teaches tumbling, lyrical, and our shine classes for recreational students. With her extensive background and passion for dance, Hayley is excited to inspire and guide her students to reach their fullest potential.

PARENT-TOT + CREATIVE MOVEMENT + REC JAZZ

Maryssa began her dance training at the age of three. Throughout her childhood and teenage years, she studied a wide range of dance styles, including tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and lyrical. A proud alumna of the Hermiston High School Dance Team, Maryssa danced for three years, serving as captain her senior year. This experience deepened her leadership skills and love for teamwork. Her passion for dance education began early; she started teaching at her home studio while still in high school and quickly discovered a love for working with young dancers. Maryssa continued her training at Mt. Hood Community College and then gained valuable coaching experience as an assistant under Ashley Seibel during the 2012–2013 and 2013–2014 seasons at HHS. She is thrilled to return to the studio setting, where she will teach Creative Movement, Petite Hip Hop, Rec Jazz, and Parent-Tot at Industry Dance Company. She looks forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers and sharing her lifelong joy for movement.

TUMBLING + JAZZ ASSISTANT

Aubrey began her dance journey at the age of four and developed a love for dance that has continued throughout childhood and high school years. She went on to become a two-year member of Hermiston High School Dance Team where she was part of two state championship titles. Aubrey is currently a senior in high school and is entering her second season as an assistant at Industry Dance Company. Outside of dance, she is a member of national Honor Society, is working towards her Honors Diploma, and is completing her program of study in Health Science. Working with younger dancers has inspired Aubrey to continue coaching after graduation. She loves being a part of student growth in the studio and hopes to continue sharing her passion for dance with the next generation. She is currently a company dancer at Industry performing and competing in jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop.

BALLET + HIP HOP ASSISTANT

Lili began dancing at the age of three. She began competing at eight years old and quickly fell in love with competitive dance. During her freshman year, Lili competed as a soloist placing 7th out of 93 dancers in her division. Just a few months later, she attended her first national competition in California, where she placed 22nd out of 164 soloists. Outside of the studio, Lili serves as an ASB Executive Officer at Hermiston High School, where she helps manage social media and takes on an active leadership role within the student body. Lili is currently a company dancer at Industry Dance Company, competing and performing in jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop, while also entering her third season as an assistant. She enjoys working alongside Industry faculty and helping younger dancers develop their skills, confidence, and love for dance.
